If your reservations are made via rooming list, a 50% deposit or photocopy of a valid credit card and photo ID must be returned with the signed contract. Rooming lists must be provided at least 30 days prior to the group arrival date, along with final payment if paying with a check. If reservations will be made by each individual guest, Individual call-in reservations may be made by calling 1-888-900-9937 or 318-951-4105. To receive the group rate, callers must identify their affiliation with this event and must book no later than Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made or make their reservation after the block rate has been released. A valid credit card is required to make reservations.
