Roundtable presenters will demonstrate activities and information so participants may then engage in the discussion or share other suggestions during three sessions. Each Roundtable session will last 25 minutes.

Summary (35–50 words): This summary will be printed in the Conference Program as the description of your presentation. Write it in the language you plan to use in the presentation. If the topic is applicable to all languages, it is recommended the presentation be in English. *

Will you bring assistants (teacher or students) to assist you with the presentation? *

Assistants must pay Conference fees if they attend more than your session.

Will this presentation be interactive? (Hands on demonstrations are a plus!) *

Extension cords and wireless Internet access will be provided for Roundtables. Keep in mind the audience will be gathered around the presentation table.
Each Roundtable facilitator must bring his/her own computer, if needed.
Presenters should bring any other equipment needed for the presentation. This includes speakers for audio.

Presenters must register and pay all conference fees. Presenters may not sell materials or programs unless they are also registered as exhibitors at our conference *
